1. Can we pick up the rental material in engelberg the day before?
Yes, you can pick up the equipment after 4 P.M. the day before.
Bikes have to be picked up on rental day.
2. Do you have lockers?
We do not have lockers, but storage/depot options above our store at the titlis valley station:
costs per night:
- Ski/Snowboard: CHF 3
- Boots: CHF 2
Important Informations:
- Boots are getting dried at night. Please put them "toe-side-up" on the dryer, otherwise they won't get dry.
- If you rent ski's or snowboard for 5 days or longer, the ski/snowboard storage will be for free.
- Please put your equipment only on those storage places you paid for (you will get a certain number).
- Any liability is denied.

3. We're a big group, do we get special conditions?
There's a discount for 10 people or more.
There is no discount on bike rental.

4. Can members of an on-site group pay individually and benefit from the discount when picking up the equipment?

6. Do you also rent Telemark skies?
Yes, only at the intersport titlis valley station.
7. Can we also buy ski tickets from you?
No, please use the ticket counter next to our store. Here are the prices:

8. Do you also do ski service?
Yes, we service all skis, snowboards and cross-country skis.
Our specialties include racing service and side edge finishing.

9. Do you also do bicycle service?
Yes, we service bikes of all brands, all year round.

10. If the slopes are closed due to wind or the like or if I have an accident, will I be reimbursed for some of the rental costs?
When all railway facilities are completely closed, you can get credit in our system, have a voucher created or buy something in the shop with the remaining credit. If you have a doctor's note, we can charge the remaining balance back to your credit card or give you credit.
11. I would like to ski for the very first time...
Great, benefit from the Snow Experience offer:
First Snow Experience You can rent ski jackets and pants from us at the Intersport Titlis valley station. The rest of the equipment is available at the top of Trübsee. We wish you a lot of fun and success.
12. Do you also rent sledges?
At Titlis Sport we have several sledges. If you want to go on the toboggan run, you can get the toboggan pass at the valley station and then get a toboggan on Gerschnialp.
13. Unfortunately, I cannot bring the rental equipment back to the shop closure.
You can return the equipment until 10 a.m. the next morning. From 10 a.m. we charge for another rental day.
